What happens next
With a key, you land on your licence: the key itself, the 3 machines using its seats, and your billing. Without one, you land on pricing — and whatever you buy attaches to the account you just made, so the key shows up here rather than only in an inbox.
Unlike signing in, this form does say when an address already has an account — there is no way to run a signup that doesn't. It never says anything about a licence unless you supply a key that matches one.
